Cost of Services
At ABTS, we fervently advocate for accessible therapy for all. Opting for Private Pay becomes a prudent choice for those prioritizing confidentiality or in instances where insurance compatibility might be a challenge. Our rates, while always competitive, are calibrated based on the therapist's depth of experience and area of specialization, ensuring value at every level.
Associate Therapists possess 0 to 2 years of experience and are under the clinical supervision of a senior therapist and continue obtaining specialized training with a concentration in trauma treatment.
Our senior therapists bring a wealth of expertise, boasting up to 15 years of hands-on clinical experience paired with specialized training in their chosen areas. Every one of them is EMDR-trained and committed to furthering their specialization through continuous education and consultation. Furthermore, these seasoned professionals actively contribute to our therapeutic community by providing invaluable consultation to other therapists, ensuring a culture of learning and growth.
Psychiatric services play a pivotal role in holistic well-being, offering a beacon of clarity, support, and tailored treatment for many individuals. Recognizing the essential nature of these services, we are committed to making them accessible to everyone. We proudly offer affordable self-pay rates starting at $80.00, ensuring that quality mental health care is within reach for all. Your mental health is an investment in your future; let us be a part of your journey toward wellness.
Can I use my Insurance?
Yes, ABTS accepts Medicaid, CHIP, Employee Assistance Programs and most Private Insurances. Benefits may vary depending on your insurance; therefore, we encourage you to contact us so we can help you understand your benefits and know your patient responsibility before your appointment.
Will I have any out of pocket expenses?
Depending on your insurance, you may be responsible for the following:
Co-Payments: A fixed amount you will pay for every visit that is your patient responsibility.
Deductible: Is the amount you pay before your health insurance starts paying for your service.
Coinsurance: Is the amount you pay after your deductible is met.
Do I need a referral from my physician?
Most insurances do not require a referral to receive services. Our office will contact you if your insurance specifically requires it.
Do all health insurance cover mental health benefits?
No, some insurances exclude mental health benefits or have third-party insurance responsible for mental health benefits.
What if I can't afford services?
ABTS will not deny services based on a patient’s inability to pay, race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
We are committed to making mental healthcare accessible to our community and providing counseling services regardless of our client’s ability to pay. We offer a sliding-fee discount depending on income and family size. An application and documentation will be required for this process. Do not let financial struggles prevent you from getting the help you need.
